What is a Transaction Coordinator?

 

A Transaction Coordinator (TC) is professional who manages all the paperwork and deadlines involved 

in a real estate contract/file for agents in the selling and/or buying process. 


A Transaction Coordinator is trained in the process and monitors the contract through to the date of closing;

Drastically reducing an Agent's time on the computer, managing paperwork, and even any stress having 

to do with making sure the contract moves forward accordingly since there are many requirements and steps 

needed complete the real estate transaction. 


A Transaction Coordinator can also help in avoiding any contracts falling through

and help the process move smoothly, managing, and acting as the point of contact between all parties of the transaction.

 Being trained in this process, you will be avoiding any time or money spent in training an assistant

 My fee is based on a flat rate per transaction type and it’s paid upon closing of a contract. 


That’s right! If the contract does not close, I do not get paid!

WHAT YOU DO:

  • Provide fully executed contract, addenda, and contact information for all parties
  • Deliver escrow deposit to respective title company (if necessary)
  • Attend home/termite inspection and negotiate repairs
  • Provide access to property for appraisal, if needed
  • Attend final walk through and closing
...and Collect your Commission!!!
